I got a very prompt response to my initial email following the magazine article and we met up a couple of weeks later in London. Our sessions have helped me to understand that I had rewarded myself with food when the long term effects of that reward system were to make me feel worse about myself - and to continue increasing my weight - which made me feel dreadful. The Kindness Method totally resonated with me and for the first time in years of endless diets, exercise routines, bouts of bingeing, being hard on myself - I stopped and everything seemed to click.
