Shahroo's motivational conversations with her clients largely draw from her own experience of changing personal habits after years of struggling to do so. They are casual chats during which she hands over insights and suggestions that she has discovered can be useful.
Her practice was established as a result of individuals requesting one-to-one time with her, having come across her approach and feeling that they could benefit from having a conversation with her.
